The Mutazhai project is located in Xi’an High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Shaanxi Province. The landscape design consulting scope includes a multi-functional landscape space design for sales centers, sample rooms, residential buildings, commercial buildings, and office towers.
 

The project covers a total area of approximately 50,000 square meters, of which the first phase of the residential sales center is 38,600 square meters, the second phase of commercial and office buildings is 11,400 square meters, and the roof design area is approximately 7,000 square meters.

The location of the Mutazai project is close to the Tangcheng Ruins Park. The landscape design concept aims to inherit historical culture and create a place where captures the unique culture of the Tang dynasty, creating a paradise with classical elegance that allows users to experience the city luxury life. The landscape design combines simple lines with local totems to create a place with special landscapes textures.
