It aims to create a simple but sophisticated living environment by citing lightness & floating landscape elements.

The design is inspirited by the unique location and character of site which is  embraced by ocean, garden and metropolis; categorizing the programs from public, semi-public, private, to exclusive. To bring the rejuvenated and delighted quality living into the site, series of programs are placed – amphitheater, seasonal landform park, children’s playground, lily pond, meditation garden, sculpture garden, taichi garden, picnic seating area, skylight garden.
