The GENZON Science Park covers a site area of 199,762 square meters. The project is a high-tech corporate campus and office complex with a riverside residential development. The target companies are invested in information technology, electronic technology, and biotechnology. The key design areas include central plaza, atrium garden, commercial plaza, office plaza, podium garden and sustainable strategies.
