The Residential Development at Kau To Shan is a high-end and boutique style property development project with a prestigious setting over viewing the Sha Tin Racecourse, Penfold Park and the Sha Tin Hoi. It creates an unique and intimate living experience with the concept of contemporary castle on the hill through the collaboration of the architectural components and the site specific landscape design. The design intend is to capture the natural elements surrounding the mountain top, such as the sky, cloud and star, and transform them into the curvilinear lines and sculptural forms landscape elements, which also complements the architecture as well as the natural surroundings.
